When I first started lifting about 10 months ago, I was 180lbs, fat and unhappy. I dropped down to 150 with some light workouts and cardio but mostly watching my diet. At that weight, it was hard for me to finish 135lbs, I was that weak. I decided I needed to put on some muscle ASAP. Today, im 172, much healthier looking and much happier. I do 5x5's with up to 195lbs now. So today I decided to try and max out. Turns out, I was able to put up 225x3 even after my workout. Im so happy, and its thanks mostly to you guys and the info I got from here. So I guess what im saying is...thanks!
