fucking guy at my gym is 5'9 190 and looks 215 because he's so fucking short.. makes me kinda jealous.

If it came to really gaining weight I can pretty much get as fat as I want at any time
because i was the same body fat when i was 134 lbs..
they are nike waffle iv's.. 6oz total =P

I've cut back on my diet and I'm still creeping over 220.

50g protein, 1.5c 2% milk, 1 cup oats, 1 cup apple juice, 4g fish oil, 300mg potassium
1.5 oz almonds
big ass turkey sandwich (about 1/2 lb of meat) on white w/ light mayo and lettuce
planet smoothie (PBJ flavor) - 32oz
1.5oz bag of natural potato chips
3g fish oil
1.5c white rice
8oz beef (93/7)
green beans or something
3g fish oil
100g carbs from WMS + Gatorade Powder
something along those lines.
damn bro.. that's alot of food.
Doesnt seem excessive to me. That's probably around 2600-2800 cals. I'd loose weight on that much
