what is the bets thing to do pre/post cardio?
i like having an orange ~30min before
I have an ensure about 15 minutes before and then water afterwards. Dinner probably an hour later.
Banana before could be beneficial.
Yeah, I eat a banana 2 hours before I go. It's my 3:00 snack.
also a nice whey shake per work out for Cardio so that you maintain your musle.
i normally have a protein shake and water afterward. I work out in the evening so on my cardio days, I still have my shake afterward.
What kind of cardio and how long? Makes a difference. If you're just doing 30 minutes of easy walking on the treadmill, you don't need anything but water. If you're doing a 10 mile run, you probably need some carbs/protein.
30+ minutes of fast/slow intervals
yeah, I want to know too cos I do the 30 min interval cardio thing as well
