Ive been taking NO-Xplode before my workouts for a while now. Ever since they switched up the formula it no longer works and just makes me feel nausiated. I want to sway away from drinks like NO-Xplode. So I was thinking about downing some muscle milk before my workouts instead. My reasoning for that is because I eat lunch at 11:30am and usually dont have anything to eat between then and my workout at 5:30pm. Unless Im really hungry then Ill have a tuna packet or something. So I really have nothing in me when I go to workout. Which is probably why I needed the pick me up of the xplode. Will the muscle milk do anything for me pre workout? If not, whats a better pre workout drink? Thanks.
