i take primaforce CEE and it works for me.
ive tried AMP, but that didnt work well for me.

shotgun taste like pure ass...i started taking it yesturday and i threw-up after my morning work-out after taking it today...
i just took 25 mg ephedrine hcl and 8 red blast
i can't really take in any liquid supplements anymore pre workout.
either the sugars or the liquid alone make me quesy when it sloshes around in the stomach.
you should actually try getting regular nutrition rather than relying upon an energy booster to get you were you need to be.
If that is the case and you need energy then either a cup of black coffee 1 hour before hand or green tea.
CEE is no different from creatine, so I'm assuming that they are looking for the energy kick . Go with the coffee
uhh one is a stimulant one isn't
coffee is natural but caffine from guarana is synthetic
Sugar free red bull is a decent option. 10 calories, no carbs.

Complex carbs an hour before, with protein. If you need the stim, drink a cupa joe.
Waximaize is some -really- good shit.
doesn't 'pump' you up but you won't burn out during your workout which is teh rock!

Uh, water and a good meal 2-3 hours beforehand? That's usually what I take before working out.
egg salad sandwich on whole grain bread
tuna sandwich on a nice fresh poppy seed bagel (i know its not complex)
