Everytime i curl bars my whole forearm has a severe, sharp pain to it, and it's really starting to irritate me. I've been working out with the pain for almost half a year now and i can't do it anymore, it just hurts too much everytime i put the bar down. It feels like it's the bone that hurts, and it's from my wrist to about half way up to my elbow. I can bench and everything just fine, but when i lift heavy stuff and when i curl it hurts like a mother fucker. Anybody know why it's happening or how i can prevent it from happening?? thanks in advance.
