i'm having problems keeping my bluetooth wireless mouse connected to the computer. any suggestions?
have you already tried to change batteries even if lights on it are working fine ?
I have been having the same problem with my bluetooth mouse and XP. It just wont stay connected. It will work fine for a little while then completely lose it's connection. Every time that happens, I have to hit the connect button on the reveiver and mouse to connect it again... I basically gave up and went back to a wireless USB mouse.
I heard about some people having problems with bluetooth devices when 801.2x devices were being heavily used in the same area. I don't know if there is any evidence of this being an issue but it might be something to check.
What kind of mouse and what kind of BT radio? I have a MS BT mouse and it will go to sleep after about a minute, I used to bang it to wake it up until I realized that all it takes is a button click.
I have a Targus mouse and receiver. If I am not using it, it will go off after a few minutes. Clicking does nothing. The only way for me to re-connect it is to hit the connect button on the receiver and mouse to get it to work again for another 5 minutes...
my logitech mx900 works fine along with my wireless b usb adapter
