So I started back in January, but really didnt take any progress pics until the end of March, start of April... which these pics are from: end March-April Today: ib lat work, I know.. I know, suggestions? I started Christophers routine 2 weeks ago (just started my 3rd week today), so it's a work in progress I suppose. I also sorta would like to get firmer pecs as well.. always seem to be hard to obtain. Overall, pecs and lats have been the hardesst to develop for some reason, IMO. Thoughts? Suggestions?
