finally, you definately look bigger but your waist seems to really be holding you back. What's it measuring right now?

It's been holding steady @ 35"-36".. ironically my waist is the least of my worries ...it's my lagging traps, chest (+ everything else)... that is driving me almost insane.
Age 19: 130
Age 24: 175 (started actually lifting)
Age 25: 190
Age 26: 225
Age 26: 205 (HUGE FUCKING MISTAKE CUTTING TO 205 )
Age 27: 243
cut it up and youll be all good, unless your goal is to bulk more
what is the est. body fat % in these pics; it looks pretty consistent
why the hell would you change your pose on the NEWEST picture, keep the pose the same so there's something to compare

you look pretty good when you cut to 205, if you are planning on cutting now you should look good.
although its hard to cut, its so fun bulking. im at 193 and want to get to 220 and cut, but dunno if i will stop there

a lot of my friends look like that and they are around 19, it's normal unless you worked out when you were younger

Yeah.. and the irony is.. I was pretty happy (didn't really realize how skinny I was)
I'm planning to bulk to 260 natural, and then focus more on strength while I experiment with PH's and SLOWLY cut to around 240 @ 6-8%
Looking good to me, nice even progression, look to hold fat in the nipples or are you getting some gyno? I didnt think you used Ph's right? I get the fat nips when i get huge too, they go away when your lean again,
Yeah, I haven't done any PH / PS / Gear yet... which is why everyone thought I was ANTI-PH and ANTI-JUICE which was never the case... I just wanted to gain some decent mass before taking things to the next level. I've definately gained some fat along with the lean mass... that's for sure (nip's, ass, obliques, thighs)... In fact, a HUGE setback I had was the bulking/cutting/bulking/cutting bandwagon. It really limited my (longterm) gains and fucked me up, but I'm no longer afraid to gain some fat when bulking
I think I'll post another photo (pumped instead of cold) when I get a chance.
