IIRC i started my cut in January but haven't been as hardcore no carbs till last week.
Yikes... I couldn't do a no carb thang.
It's not literally no carbs, but it's VERY low. My carbs are 6% of my daily intake.
you've made nice progress, definitely just need to add some more bulk
I honestly cannot wait till after spring break. I don't think I will have my lower abs visible by then though so I don't know what to do. I want to put on mass but my plan was to do it from a low body fat w/ a clean, strict bulk.

While I wouldn't say my strength level goes down like a whore, still noticeable.

I never maxed when I was bulking (i don't know why) but during my cut I did 215x2 bench and pulled 400 dl on tuesday. never maxed on squat but i have done 275x5
Now thats going overboard, hehe
god damn, great job man.
i'm still stuck at 170 and i have no idea what i'm doing wrong. still taking my supplements, lifting crazy, incline walking, and eating below my maint cals. i'm still going all out but it kinda sucks that i'm not losing fat
solid build, but at that height, you dont work legs or have no chest.
