whats your chest routine like
Peck-deck or flies (depending on how I feel, sometimes both)
Incline machine press
cable fly's ftw. I stopped doing decline, and focused more on incline bb then flat db, and substituted "pull-overs." I think the pull-overs opened up my chest the most. (thanks filmy)
u got some kick ass quality on your phone, what phone is that?
I start with incline for the past month or two because I want my upper chest more developed.

Something like 1.5years. I would have been a lot bigger if it hadn't been for wrestling last winter :/
I am still having trouble with getting my diet figured out.

That's a bit more than 2 years ago, during the late summer. I just started working out and lost weight. That's me @ ~ 130-135 I'd have to guess.
