Well after getting back into the weightlifting game after a year off, here are the last 3 months of work. I've put on 12 pounds, my goal is to be 175 by around February. Before. Sorry, only before picture I have. Now at 160 My bench is currently around 205 and my squat around 260 ( ) Hoping to be around 240 bench and 315 squat by March or April. My bench in the beginning of the year was at like 135 and I just started doing squats again since my knee was hurt. So, how's my progress look?
