Yeah i do it all..I have about 10 friends doing it.. From a state champ weight lifter to a couple officer friends of mine.. Its working pretty great for everyone.. I ran 7 miles the other day.. When i started i couldnt run 1
Also could only do 3 pull ups now i can do 20.. Also benched 245 12x's

I honestly didnt check my bench before.. Prob like 245x 6-8
But for 70 days.. 10 weeks i feel 10x better.. I work from home so i have all the time in the world.. think thats why i got so fat before
it took you 70 days to lose 2lbs?
are you following the diet as well?
my brother just started the program, I'm hoping it works for him. I prefer to stick to Pur's routine but to each his own.
i can actually see a difference
looks like he lost some fat and gained quite a bit of muscle
2lbs but a lot of bodyfat as you can see... if he's building muscle and losing fat at the same time why is that "ugh"?
I honestly could give 2 shits how much i weight.. Im not a chick.. If i only lose 2 pounds and look 10x better.. i would rather that then lose 30 pounds
