I forgot to post these up earlier. I cut for ~3 months prior to my wedding (had to be in peak shape for the honeymoon ). I completely underestimated how much fat I needed to lose...it amazes me how much fat I can carry on my frame . Both pics are completely relaxed and were taken first thing after I woke up. Unfortunately, I was not focusing on vascularity I didn't have my body fat measured, but I was taking caliper readings on my stomach (you can see some slight red marks up and to the right of my belly button in the picture on the left...that's where I was taking the readings). I went from 38mm to 15mm. Average macros- Calories: 2350 (started at 2500/day, ended at 2000/day) Fat: 77 Carbs: 157 Protein: 261 Edit: Used the correct ending picture this time.
