My routine- Warm up on bike for 3 minutes to get the heart rate up Flat bench- 135x10 twice 185x10 225x8 295x1 315x1 Incline DB- 60x10 twice 80x10 100x8 Flys- 20x10 4times Cables- 55x10 60x10 65x10 70x10 I mix it up a little but you get the idea. I can lift a decent amount but my chest stays small Any help would be appreciated, also how much protein or any advice on diet. Thanks in advance.
