So, I've been at this for a total of 4.5 years, but after some yo-yo action with my weight, I'm now the heaviest I've ever been (165 pounds @ 5'8"), although I've been pretty close to this before, I slid back down to 135 for a while. Deadlift max is 425. Haven't done 1RM for squat or bench in a while, but I did DB bench 70x8 today, and I squatted 335x3 to parallel on Monday. The original Prowler at all of 115 pounds in May 2001: March 2006 @ 135 January 2007 yeah, one eye started blinking side by side (March image is reversed for comparison) I'd like to get to 180 and then decide from there, but I'm definitely still trying to gain weight. Diet wasn't anything excessive - I just tried to eat on a regular basis.
