    is the velocity diet that one where you eat nothing but shakes and flax oil or something

    Five times a day, I had the following:

    2 scoops of Metabolic Drive (low carb version)
    2 tablespoons of flax seed powder (Rexall brand, got it at Wal-Mart)
    4 salmon oil capsules (1g each)

    Once a week I had a salad with no dressing, a lean steak, and a serving of broccoli.

    Starting weight was 189.2.

    Today I'm 173.6. Decent for 4 weeks I think.

    215g protein
    55g carb
    67.5g of fat

    25g of dietary fiber

    47.5g of Omega 3,6,9 total

    I had a serving of Surge on my training days (3 days per week), which added:

    330 calories

    27g protein
    55g carbs (47g sugar)
    0g fat

    It really wasn't that bad.

    First few days were rough, but only because I was breaking old habits, like frequently snacking at work (I'm a waiter).

    I only really got hungry on training days, after my workouts.

    I was hitting up the shakes every three hours, so just about the time I got hungry, it was time for another shake.

    I'd imagine making the transition back into whole food again would cause you to lose all these gains. You're better off sticking to a healthy diet for a long time then a crash diet for a month.

    and i don't consider it a "crash diet"

    if anything, I now CRAVE the healthy foods I merely tolerated before
