6 months on..
I think I've gotten smaller.
no noticeable difference.... shoulders look a little bigger but I'm pretty sure it's just the angle. Basically it looks to me like you wore a bracelet in one and not the other, and just photoshopped your skin red in the pre-pic.
Are you eating enough to make gains?
No, gone from 161 - 170lbs in 6 months.
EDIT: The first pic is when I got major sunburn in Summer(Australia).
how about strength gains?
45lbs on Bench
30lbs on Dead
~20ish on Squat
interesting your bench went up the most..
I'm doing a BP program so at the end of the year my bench will be bigger than that of the Junior Australian Record in the 181 class so I can break it. My Squat and Deadlift are on Target for this.
Your biceps and forearms look bigger and your back looks like it may be a little thicker to me.
Sounds like that is how much his lifts have increased.
Sitting on about 5'8 170 now.
uh. you got smaller
stay tan, you look brolier.
db's? maybe? of the bar? i dunno..shit was confusing
ATTN: Rev, Kotu, Mike & other retards -
I'm afraid you're the retard here if you think I thought for a second that he was thinking about "each side of the bar" when he told us about how his big 3 increased.
Looking back on it now, you're completely right. How could I possibly have misinterpreted 2 smilies?
jesus what a clusterfuck
325 - ~345 in 6 months training once every ~2 weeks
People who saw me who haven't seen me for the 6 months said I'd gotten bigger but I just don't see it.
whats this about you only training once every 2 weeks?
why would you do that?
HE HAS AN INFLAMED KNUCKLE
Rev, My squat went from 325 - 345 so why would it improve my delts?
uofapeter, read the thread, I was doing a BP program which had legs only once a week, and I can't SQ and DL on the same day - I get too tired.
So now can we get to the matter at hand. Should I be worried that I made no real size gains, but strength gains? And I want to only gain another 10lbs by the end of the year so I can compete at 181. vbmenu_register("postmenu_59265808", true);
Srsly, stop now. Have you ever lifted before? Shoulder = Delts
I already said I was doing a BP program hence squats not going up alot.
I think you really need to stop e-lifting and actually visit a gym.
Dude, you gotta hit it hard if you want results.
