Just got fucking bored and havent seen my back in the mirror up until today, wanted to see how it was looking, and it looks like Im getting some thickness since Maine started me on the whole Deadlift regime, lol. Been squatting too, need to get leg shots up here soon, they have definately grown and hope they will keep doing so. Weighing in @ 166 last night, 5'6", pretty lean but unsure of my BF, probably 11-12%, who knows. I know my poses suck but this shit is hard to do alone, man. Flame Away Delts getting a little thicker, lats too. eh Lats, rear delts getting much thicker.
