I have some Animal Test + Animal pak that I purchased a long time ago and want to use now. I've done the Stak before and got pretty decent results, but I haven't been in the gym in over a year. How long should I wait before starting to take these? I know it's usually a good idea to build up to a baseline and then use phs to get past a plateau, but I'm not exactly sure how long I need to spend building up before I take them. I'm 21yo 165lbs squat around 350, bench around 175. I'm getting in the gym 3-4 times a week and I'm going to start christophers' 5x5 routine from the archives next week. I'd like to get my bench to 200+ and my squat back to where it was around 500.
