Best way to protect your back during flat bench presses:
that makes me hurt
those are belly presses
that guy also have a very painful deadlift vid.
his 410 is laughable too. poor kid. seems like he wont listen to comments on his vids either.
he's shooting for 500, with bad form, then he'll drop the weight and go back to good form.... k.
all that remains
BELLY BELLY BELLY BELLY
im seeing KSE next month but howard had to leave the tour for "family issues" so the ATR frontman (forget his name) is doing the vocals for the show.
The fuck was that, like a weird decline..
Why did he have the pad on the bar?
that's bizzare. the odder thing is that he wants to "build up his strength" before working on proper form
what in the fuck? is that even form for anything? do people bench like that?
damn he almost killed himself
In for video of him dropping the bar on his neck. Hideous form.
gotta drive with the heels
why would he even upload that
"after numerous youtube users advising this kid to correct form and be careful with the amount of weight he chooses to lift, he get decapitated trying to be the first 18 year old to bench 850 pounds"
look through his other vids... he fails to complete 230 with a flat back as well. he uses better rom but he still can't get away from arching his back.
he tried 290 x3 and still couldn't do it.
@ non existent ROM!
At that extreme of an angle, he's just moving the weight laterally!
the pad makes it so much better
Almost spit water all over my computer watching that god awful shit .
