Is there a standard ratio for say arm size to chest size? or chest size to leg size etc?
go check out the doryphoros, the original perfect body proportions. it's pretty interesting if you find a decent article on it.
the title is kinda funny but other than that it should help give you an idea
according to that calculator and given that my wrists are 7.4inches i need 17" biceps
i'm 3inches too short
Chest Size: 47.125 real: 45.5
Waist Size: 32.9875 real: 34
Hip Size: 40.05625 real: dunno
Biceps Size: 16.965 real: 15.75
Forearm Size: 13.666 real: 13.25
Thigh Size: 24.976 real: 25.5"
Calf Size: 16.0225 real: 17"
Neck Size: 17.436 real: 16.25
All unflexed .. wasn't sure so I errored on the side of caution
only thign I have ever went by was that your arms (bi's/tri's) should be the same as your calves...or vice versa.
Typed in my waist size by accident... I was like wtf 79" neck...
arms = calves = neck
thighs 10" bigger than arms
