Proportions: Size Ratio

    Where is everyone on this chart? Looks like my arms need more size but my legs are bigger then where I should be. I assume these are cold and unflexed measurements.

    There are FLEXED, imo.

    WT/HT Neck Biceps Forearm Chest Waist Hips Thigh Calf
    2.65 16.70 15.70 13.10 43.50 32.60 39.20 23.50 15.70

    I need more biceps and chest, mostly. The rest is fairly close or right on.

    I need to become more fratboyish :hs:

    You sure? My arm is 16" flexed and seems odd because then I'd be bigger in all areas except waist.

    I don't know for sure... but most people measure flexed... and my flexed wouldn't even be his unflexed if he's talking about unflexed... :wtc:

    2.48 so 2.49 is the closest...
    Flexed, my neck, waist, hips and forearms are smaller.
    My chest, biceps, thighs and calves are larger.

    I'm 5ft 7, 170lbs (around 12% BF)

    If I followed that thing my arms would gain 0.5inches, my legs would LOSE 2 inches and my calves would lose 1 inch.

    Waist, chest etc are spot on.

    Dammit I just love squats too much.. im happy with big legs :big grin:

    Neck and chest much larger, Calves, waist, and forearms too small, everything else spot on. I need more frequency on my calves and forearms.

    Biceps: 16.5

    Forearm: 12

    Chest: 46

    Waist: 40 :wtc:

    Hips: 42.5

    Thighs: 33.5

    Calfs: 16.5
