When you read all the debates and all sorts of studies and shit, you realize how much of this stuff has been known for so long. People just keep rehashing the same shit over and over and try to make different theories and stuff, but it all boils down to tried and true stuff from a long time ago. Whether it be techniques or nutrition or what not.
I guess thats why Lyle doesn't want to keep writing all the time anymore.
