I weigh 175lbs. Im pretty skinny. Not alot of muscle. I recently got a membership to the gym. Ive started lifting every other day. My friends are bigger than me, have lifted for alot longer, and all drink a shit ton of protein shakes. So I went and bought a huge bag of it today. Question is, to get bigger, should I start drinking them right away after workouts? or should I wait until I get a little bigger and my body is more used to lifting? I really want to take them just so im not as sore the next day. Thanks in advance for help. I can use all the information I can get, Im new to this!
