I am recovering from a pretty bad injury (had radial head in left elbow replaced) and just starting to get back into lifting. Used to play rugby for university and at the time I was at 225lbs with 16% BF. I am currently at 195lbs and 18% BF wtc trying to get healthy weight back on to join another team. (I need to be at least 215 for my position but i dont want it in fat). I am looking for a good lean protein recommendation ? And any other advice that you might wanna offer I'm 5'7 btw.
