I lift every day 5 days a week at around 5-7pm. After my workout, I usually hit a punching bag for cardio for around 20 minutes. Before hitting the bag, I used to just mix the shake as soon as I was finished with my lift, and drink it immediately. Since hitting the bag, I have been drinking the shake inbetween the lift and the boxing. Is this a bad idea? Should I wait till the lift AND cardio are finished?
