I didn't expect to even pull what I pulled two weeks ago, let alone set a PR because I took a week off (to let my rotator cuff/lower back recoup a bit). You'll notice when I say PR, I'm not talking about 1rm (I'm too weak to justify doing those). 2 weeks ago I pulled: 8x135, 8x225, 8x225, 6x225. Tonight I pulled: 8x135, 8x225, 8x225, 5x275. I had enough left for 2-3 more reps of 275, but my grip failed and once I put the weight down, I was done. I'm 6'3" 215...I'll be happy once I can DL more than twice my body weight.
