FOOD purchased a small blender to make smoothies v. please suggest recipes

I rarely eat breakfast so I want to add some nutrients in the morning before working out. I bought a blender to make fruit/veggie smoothies. Do you have any recipes or tips/tricks? Thank you

I have this for lunch several times per week:



I make it a little easier on myself though:
* Bag of power greens (spinach, kale, chard)
* Banana
* Apple
* Carrot

Edit: oh snap.. forgot two things. A little milk to make the stuff blend up better, and some frozen blueberries. 🤦 I knew the above didn't sound like enough things.

my go to has been

scoop protein powder
third a cup green yogurt
cup of almond milk
one banana
cup of strawberries

from there you can add others things but that’s a good base with a good smoothie consistency. i’ve added kale and steel cut oats to it and it’s still good but kale is gross af lolol
