Well, I've only been working out for 2 weeks, but today I was in a great mood and pushed a little too much. I did a great weight lifting routine, and jumped on a bike for 7 miles, the elliptical for 5 miles, and then i hit the stair climber. Well, I entered 10 minutes and started trucking up those stairs. After about 5 minutes, I started feeling kinda wobbly, but i kept goin. Hit 7 minutes and could not catch my breath. I was dripping, and I mean dripping in sweat. I hit the stop button and staggered outside. Made to my SUV and threw up everywhere. I caught my breath after about 10 minutes or so. Guess I need to take it down a notch.
