So heres the deal. A new gym opened up about 2 blocks away from our house. Very convienent. Though no matter what, I have the HARDEST time trying to push myself to go and workout. My wife trys her hardest to push me, and I always feel guilty if I dont go. I'd like to go about 4 times a week, and I can only do it about once a week and I just give up. Help. Plz. What do you use to get yourself motivated to workout?
