So many peope underestimate the importance of pushups.
Can u guys educate me on importance of pushups incorporated into a bodybuilding routine? Or is it not necessary? I've heard things like "pushups work a different type of fiber" but never beleived that was true. Is there any reasin to add pushups into an otherwise decent routine?
fuck that noise.... I've done tens of thousands of pushups in my lifetime and never been injured from them.... and twisting your wrists isn't going to work your muscles much harder.
stick to free weights it's cheaper and if you but the effort into it you will see great results
nothing wrong with pushups if you throw soem bands or chains or blast straps in the mix. stability ball pushups are pretty tough for alot of people.
