I have alwasy done a few pushups here and there - sorta like my way of not feeling bad about not doing any exercise. Now that I have a plan, and feeling good about it (I bought 95kgs of weight and I'll see how long it lasts) I'm not sure I sohuld keep doing pushups the same way I was before. Pretty much each day around lunch I'd do some pushups - started at about 6, yesterday did 2 x 20. Should I keep doing this, or will it interrupt my workouts? I'm 230 ish, so its a bit work. I was planning on working up to 5 x 20's then re-evaluating. What should I do?
