Same here. To the point of cramping up.
How have you incorporated pushups in your program, SteveO?
On my non-chest/tri days I do 36 close and 36 wide(elevated) push-ups.
I'm probably going to bump it up to 48 of each soon.
I just do them late at night with all my other accessory work. I typically do forearms, pushups, neck exercises, and high rep shoulder work every other night
i just started doing pushups after my chest workout and holy shit It feels great.
Same here.. Chest days on monday then I come home and eat then do pushups and abs.
I usually do push ups either prier to or after a chest work out, sometimes in between super setting with flys
i can't do these with my wrists touching the ground ever since i've had a tennis injury in high school, so do it with fists on the ground. harder, but works. i haven't done these in awhile. it's all been chest presses, dips, and flys.
