It would be super nice if Russia/Putin could go fuck themselves and stop stirring up bullshit. Their economy is imploding and their citizens are pretty unhappy so maybe Putin can go suck a bag of dicks and deal with that first before attacking other countries?

Not really. Maybe they can hold out long enough for some sort of international pressure to have a ceasefire but either way at least a chunk of current Ukraine will then be owned by Russia.

This is a few weeks late though, the US embassy told all US citizens residing in Ukraine to get the fuck out back in the middle of January.

A streamer I follow has been living there for about 8 years and because she can't come straight back to the US since her pets would need to be in quarantine for a number of months she plans on making her way to western europe.
