Heatmap of phones connected to Russian cell network

Surely for this nice simplified heat map to exist, there should be a much more useful raw data of the individual phones and their locations that could potentially be used for precise targeting?

One hopes.....

Mass graves near Mariupol are growing, as recorded by satellite images of Planet Labs, according to the "Schemes" project (Radio Svoboda). The photos were taken in the village of Stary Krym and the village of Vynohradne, Donetsk region.

The Navy just launched a brand new ship it doesn’t even want

Another of the troubled Littoral Combat Ships takes to the water
The amount of graft in the Navy is fucking criminal. They routinely lie in their budget estimates and then require special bills passed for the funding that they actually need, the shipyards are in on it, and it's so bad that currently they're even outsourcing basic maintenance to the shipyards instead of being able to do it themselves. That's IN ADDITION to building stupid fucking ships that don't work, nobody asked for, and don't actually fit what they need to accomplish. That's in addition to crew training being so shitty that they're running into other ships and the absolutely inept response to the fire on BHR (It was so bad that they're apparently railroading a sailor for sabotage even though the judge at the initial hearing even said that there wasn't a case and that the guy was being scapegoated.

Statement on the war in Ukraine and on the situation in Russia

We join the international community in condemning the war in Ukraine and are focused on supporting our people and providing humanitarian aid.
Siemens will exit the Russian market as a result of the Ukraine war. The company has started proceedings to wind down its industrial operations and all industrial business activities.
Siemens was one of the first companies to put all new business in and international deliveries to Russia on hold while it evaluated the situation to ensure the safety of its 3,000 employees in the country.

Half of the Navy’s littoral combat ship fleet is suffering from structural defects that have led to hull cracks on several vessels, limiting the speed and sea states in which some ships can operate, according to internal records obtained by Navy Times and confirmed by sea service officials.
