I'm trying to do the cardio in the morning lifting in the evening thing and curious about pwo nutrition when lifting late at night. I eat 6 meals a day with meals 1-5 including carbs. I'm used to lifting between meals 2 and 3 so after lifting I'd get in plenty of carbs. With lifting late at night I lift after meal 4 so I only get one meal with carbs in it which is my pwo shake (2 scoops ON, 1/2 cup malto, 1/4 cup dextrose roughly 80g of carbs). Meal 6 is 1 cup cottage cheese and 1oz almonds. Is this gonna make any difference or am I stressing over nothing?
