I'm trying to lose body fat right now. I'm at about 19% and want to be down around closer to 10%. The diet that was suggested was to use supplements as well as pyruvate. I'm working on the diet part and eating less fat, more protein, less sugar, etc. My workout consists of a decent amount of cardio, 40min - 1 hr. How do you use Pyruvate? How much do I take, and how often? Main question is this stuff harmful if I don't follow the designated diet planned out for me which has very low fat content. I am currently eating more than what is in the diet prescribed.
