How much do you love us?
depends on the situation

people get really nervous.
you shouldn't be nervous if you know your junk.
Although that is pretty gay, it is a game and there are rules that have to be followed. I know at least in the Stan/Eval part it is a cooperative effort shared by the S/E team and the supervisor of the person being evaluated as to whether or not the evaluatee is Sat or Unsat. So your sup has a say.
Guys, I'm glad I'm in a career field that virtually has no TOs. All of our equipment changes so often that we use the equipment manual. So in that sense I do not have to put up with that BS.
You have to realize that the guy standing there evaluating you has been through it himself. He, especially if he is a MSgt/TSgt, has been QA'd plenty of times. He knows how silly it is, but he doesn't make the rules, he just evaluates you on how you follow them, it is up to you to follow them to the T, no matter how dumb the rules may be.
Last one that signs the red X off owns it!
