i've been going to the gym religiously everyday now for a week or so. i spend 30 minutes on the treadmill, 20 on weights (targeting different muscle groups everytime) and 10 minutes stretching. well, thing is now, i have a fever. and i'm super weak. i've already had to miss 2 days and it's making me feel guilty. i'm already on antibiotics so this should hopefully be gone in a few days. should i just continue going to the gym and just take it a bit easier or stay in bed until i'm fully fit to go back?
