So I did a search and found a few threads related to shoulder clicking while working out, but nothing related to bicep curls so it makes me think I'm doing something wrong. Also, 1 month ago (relaxed) I had 14" biceps, and today I measured and, resting, I had 13.5" biceps. I find that odd because I've been doing biceps every other day because I thought 14" was way to small and I wanted to see gains. Both of those things make me think I'm doing it wrong. I use the preacher curl machine, full extension and full contraction. when I pass the 90 degree mark on the way up, my right shoulder clicks. Doesn't hurt, just clicks. Do you guys like the machine preacher curl, or is there something better for building bicep mass? CLIFFS: My biceps suck even though I've been focusing on them, I'm doing them wrong and am looking for new ways to build them.
