So, I've always wondered this and felt kind of stupid asking it.....so I'll wait for all the stupid responses. When I do cardio on the treadmill, I feel like I'm kicking my ass more. I am very "wore" after and I feel like it kicks my ass. When I do the elliptical I feel "ok" after. I don't feel dead and I don't feel like I got my ass kicked..even when I do HIIT on it. Looking at numbers, it looks like the treadmill burns significantly less calories than the elliptical. Are the numbers just wrong? I'm confused.
