#1 Are there any advantages to doing dumbell curls instead of barbell curls? or vice versa? I tend to do BB curls a lot more, should i change it up? #2 Critique my routine please? any comments/advice are more than welcomed. 06/13/05 Biceps/Forearms BB Curls 40lb x 12 50lb x 12 60lb x 10 70lb x 6 80lb x 3 80lb x 3 Reverse BB Curls 40lb x 10 45lb x 10 50lb x 10 Hammer Curls 30lb x 10 30lb x 10 40lb x 3-4(failure) Lever - Reverse Preacher Curls 40lb x 10 45lb x 10 50lb x 10 HIIT stationary bike - 7 intervals x 30/30 Punching Bag ~20 minutes PS - anyone know any good punching bag routines/workouts? i tend to just beat the fuck out of the bag for a while haha... excellent cardio though IMO. im always dripping by the end of it.
