Ok... so first off i'm a girl, not looking to be alll muscle-y or anything. I run 3 or 4 times a week and i'm just trying to lose a few pounds and tone up. I was wondering what i could buy to make shakes with, like protein powder or what? this is new to me and all, i get a good amount of protein already i think from soy milk and what not, but there's always room for more i guess. anyone have any suggestions?
