what BF were you at when you started using it?
yohambine doesn't do much good imo, i'd rather a ECA stack but that's just me

ECY is a no-no really, too.
Y before cardio, but never with E.
i know never together, just curious when people started using it
EC + Y(seperately). Yohimbine HCL is great for any hard to lose mid section fat.
why not together? I havnet found any articals on Y

all i wanna know is when people started taking it
i lost 60 pounds of fat with no significant strength loss while using an eca stack. my diet was also changed, basicaly i still ate way to much food but i just didn't eat any fast food or restaurants, eat everything i wanted just things that i prepared, not pre packaged microwaved or anything like that, cardio and weight training stayed about same and added eca stack, diet and supps (diet bigger factor i'm sure) helped me drop the 60 but who knows how much of that had anything to do with the supps, they are a small boost at the most imo, not any miracle or nothing so no big deal.
