Hey guys, quick question. If any of you have been paying attention I'm trying to cut down to about 200lbs and/or >15% body fat. Right now I'm at about ~214 and 18% body fat, But I'm making steady progress. The question is, If I have a high calorie meal in the day, what do I do for the rest of the day? Usally I'm trying to eat 4-5 smaller meals a day, and to keep my calories lowish, and I do some light cardio every day. For instance, this morning, I went out with my wife and we had breakfast. I had bannana pancakes with a little syrup, hashbrowns, and a glass of OJ. For all I know, this meal had 1500 calories (just a guess) and I still have ~3 more meals to eat today. Do I not eat? do I just have a piece of fruit? what is the best approch?
