i went to Peru a few months ago and hiked machu picchu, losing like 10 lbs in the process (180 to 170ish). when i got back to the states, for like a month or so my shits were huge. i'm wondering why this was? is it cuz i sort of kicked my metabolism up for a short time? maybe the quality of the food in Peru is better than the US and I still had some good stuff in my body from there? i dont have a particularly bad diet right now. i cook as often as i can and hit the gym like 2-3 times a week. anything i can do (other than the obvious "eat more fiber") to get back to those massive dumps? those are awesome.
