Do torrents work on Macs?
How easy is to install pirated stuff on it, like Photoshop.
Is a Macbook ideal to do editing, having it as a main computer.

Get photoshop... another way
Like a site license, and get a huge monitor to go with it

I'm a noob at photoshop editing but on my ThinkPad T61p with a 15.4" display at 1680 x 1050 I find myself wanting a bigger screen. So maybe get a desktop or big monitor with it.

I don't know why anyone would want to do any actual work on a laptop. I would kill myself if I had to do software development on a laptop, I can't even imagine doing any kind of media creation or editing on one.

im working on a laptop right now and it's great. although it is plugged into a 24" monitor...
