I need something like 600-700 calories to carry me over to lunch. I often wake up with like 5-10 minutes left to eat, so the food has to be reheated and already prepared. Any suggestions? I suppose oats and whey mixed with some PB would work.

It depends on what you are trying to do.

For bulking go with the oatmeal, whey, pb combo everyone is suggesting

For maintaining/cutting go with

cottage cheese, toast, and some fruit

try and find some cheese with:

13g of protein
6g? of carbs
1g of fat

Eggwhites with chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, a little bit of sugar (or substitute) and salt to taste.

Brown the onions for 1 minute, add tomatoes, mix in your salt and sugar, add eggwhites. Scramble til cooked.

Make a big pan full then divide it up into fridge containers and micro them for about 1.5-2 minutes as needed each day.
