Well currently i weight around 195 right now and im probably around 15-18% bodyfat. My goals are to stay the same weight but lose the fat. Most people will tell me to bulk up more but thats not my goal. I want to be 195 and around 10% bf. If you don't already know i like to play a lot of football so i sprint a lot. Should i just take enough protein in and still do my sprinting or do i up my calories intake? I'm totally lost on this.
